The Personal Data that we collect  and that are described in this section include the information that the User provides us, as well as the information that we automatically collect through the RNU (National User Registry) and/or Citizen Card ., as well as cards presented by the User referring to Health Insurance or other entities responsible for the payment or contribution to health expenses, such as ADSE, SAMS, or others.

All doctors, nurses and other health professionals are subject to professional secrecy in the exercise of their activity, so all data collected by these professionals is solely and exclusively intended for the execution of the best clinical evaluation, with access to this data being unique and exclusively by them, as their access presupposes the use of a username and access key to the computer program for recording data.

Use given to your information

 

Administrative data is used to be able to contact you, and also, if applicable,  to receive the recipes, either in your email or by message on your mobile phone. These data may also be used to send alerts, changes to the date or time of consultation, reminders, congratulations, quality surveys.

You may receive  offers relating to products or services from Augusto Neves Saúde, Lda., invitations to participate in surveys about our services or notifications of congratulations. In such cases, we will use your contact details to send you marketing information. Under no circumstances will your personal information be provided to third parties or other companies.

The processing of personal data of minors is the same as that of adults, with the exception of:

1. Under no circumstances may minor Users be contacted directly to  receive the recipes, either in your email, or by message on your mobile phone or marketing campaigns.

2. All alerts, changes to the appointment date or time or reminders will be sent to the email or mobile phone of the parent accompanying the minor to the appointment or to the non-parent citizen who holds parental authority.
